You might even be able to use them to facilitate the VA loan which would help in them facilitating the 15% down as you would be a repeat customer.

The best one Ive ever heard was about the builder who was building high end homes in Rancho Santa Fe.He built 5 10,000sf custom homes on 5 to 10 acre parcels and moved into one of them.

IMO, once you get past that learning curve, the added security, superior file systems, and customization are far superior. 

A short time ago customer service would answer requests in under a day, now I guess due to rapid growth customer service   is not as good.Have any other members had similar situations or see warning signs in the crowdfunding space?
