I prefer multi family because they offer multiple income streams, usually higher rent per square foot compared to single-family homes, and are more likely to appreciate over time due to inflation and rent increases.I would recommend Columbus, Ohio.

I paid it, but i was pissed as most of the dogs played out back off leash. a couple months later i warned a woman of the leash law, and said you are probably safe as the person that complained was only targeting me. 2 days later one of my neighbors marched across the street saying (my wife said you were charged the HOA and fined for pet fee.

Buy a neutralizer, spread it around heavy, poly film it, come back in 24 hours, ozonate if there is still smell (likely for a couple days or more depending on smell and ozone capacity of machine), then you’re probably sanding and throwing down whatever stain /polyurethane you desire.
