There are a number of children in the community (some of whom are related to the manager) and he wants to give them a convenient, safe place to play.The former owner had denied it on the basis of insurance, but when we (the former owner and I) were discussing it yesterday, he mentioned that the insurance agent had been cautious about it, but not killed the idea completely.

@Jared Lichtin, I own a duplex and lean towards the multifamily buy and hold rentals, but just learning everything REI and business I can.

I'm leaning towards online just to work on my own schedule but I just wanted to see.

The school district is great, beechmont avenue is awesome, and the location is very convenient for getting to Cincy or the surrounding area.

So far it seems I would be leaning toward a mortgage, if all seems worth it.

Also, the neighborhood has a Safeway and some other convenient amenities.

Most people sell their car to the dealer for 30% of what they could get on craigslist for the convenience factor even when they know they could get more if they sell it themselves.

Keep leaning and buy a rental whenever and however you can.

There is a guy at the Snohomish Home Depot who gives a great rundown on how to install, but as it was extremely expensive material and would take me several hours I am leaning towards hiring someone else to install in one of my units.
