The guest responded that because she was so busy during her week long stay she didn’t have time to report these and, “… would be greatly inconvenienced with potential solutions while we were there.”They then told us that they usually gives 5-stars on reviews (based on their 3 reviews) and that she would be giving us 1-star and requesting a refund of $1,000.My wife and I decided it was best to stick to our original response that we would have addressed their concerns during their stay.

@Ethan GidcumbLenders will not and here is whyTake a $200k property needing $150k renovation and arc is $400kLet’s say lender will lend $325k - they are not giving it at closing - there will be construction draws as I have seen borrowers take money to use on other projects and then lender is stuck holding the bag until he sues on the guaranty and goes after the borrower

-adding or expanding structure isn't the definition:)Make sure you change your insurance policy to a construction policy.Also, make sure all your contractors are insured and get a copy.If you hire a GC, require that they add you to their policy until they are done.Cameras should suffice for security.
