For design, it really depends on your preference? 

I am new to real estate investing and am on the verge of getting my 1st property underway; it's so close I can taste it! 

From my experience (being on the DNC list and getting dozens of telemarketing calls a week) the main strategy is to ignore it and call everyone anyway.
