A home warranty is just a type of insurance and you don't make money on insurance in the long run, because the insurance company makes LOTS of money!

This type of strategy works really well for people who worked at a company for a long time and whose stock did incredibly well.These are concepts even financial advisors get tripped up on so feel free to clarify anything that doesn't make sense or if you want to give more specifics I can give examples and math.

A general residential realtor is not qualified to assist investors in the type of analysis that is needed to gauge ROI or even in determining the scope of work/costs to update a property.

I am not as familiar with seller financing as I am with traditional and other types, but looking for any knowledge I can find.

My other investments are short term air bnb type rentals so the PM arrangement is different.
