What he's politley trying to say is, it has dried up for those who were picking the low hanging fruit and failed to find the cheese when they moved it. 

My advice to you since this is your first place is to budget conservatively, in time you will get the hang of it and you can drop your numbers.  

I would imagine some people would hang up, but who knows?

You'll start to gravitate toward certain interests the longer you hang on BP.

Sometimes I have not choice but to hang up but I NEVER raise my voice or buy into the emotion.Matt, I don't think you are "Coo Coo for Cocoa Puffs".

And Im glad and grateful for being their go to carpenter, but its my turn soon:)  As for being a carpenter I get the best seat in the house with seeing how these projects are being done from the demo to the finishing stages, and for that I am glad of becoming a carpenter but I am ready to hang up the tool belt soon:)  And I think that the BP site and all the vast information being discussed here will help me get there!

I asked an attorney I used to hang out with what the entire goal was being the liens and the foreclosures regarding HOA dues.

Any way you cut it I don't think this one is exactly low hanging fruit unless there is a killer margin.I would number one see how it is currently titled and if still in the parents name i would run it by an estate attorney.
