I own some property and I am having trouble doing the BRRRR strategy due to owning them under a Llc I have heard of others taking title under personal name and then once they refinance quit claim deed property to Llc but not sure if this would work any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Depending on your want to grow your cash flow quickly, I would look into the BRRRR strategy in Bakersfield as well because you can fix the property, then get good cash flow and refi to get the next property.
