Located within 5 blocks of where I was living.

Another investor owned 1/2 the block and worked for a company that built high-rise apartments.

This would normally allow for a last monute reservation if not already booked.Now we are blocking time between stays to allow for cleaning time frame mentioned above.

OZ starts one block to the east.

I live in the land of 6' block walls but am always amazed when I travel to the mid-west.If the animal is being aggressive and on the neighbors, that is an animal control issue.Unfortunately I do not think there is much you can do about illegal activity on your neighbors property. 

It’s on the same road as the high school and just 1 block from main-street.  

I Would also suggest starting with SFH first if they have great numbers, unless a duplex or more units is in a Very desirable block near downtown.

So my personal starting point is a 2 to 3 bedroom, slightly dated, brick or block home, with a garage that is near transport corridors. 

Its value is often tied into single-family values in the area and block values that haven nothing to do with how larger properties are evaluated.
