I’ve been a business owner in the hospitality industry since college, over a decade ago so it was exciting to start a new adventure.

I guess now that we have completed the other tasks its time to look in this direction to be able to scale it.  

This is not an easy task, as most renters want to have their own place for long term leases.

However, I used my faith in Christ as a way to move forward with this adventure.

Basically, the my time was way better spent doing more valuable tasks than the day to day property management tasks.

I started to just sub out task I just didn’t feel like dealing with.

I used to have each employee turn in a weekly timecard showing which job they were working on AND even broke it down to which task/trade they did that day at that job.
