I would suggest you go on airbnb and look at homes that sleep 15 or more and look at some of what people have done with these homes to get an idea of what it takes, then look at their calendar, you'll see that they do well.

Hey All,I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on renting to tenants who would be running a business out of a rental and charging rent premiums. 

I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions and would love to hear other perspectives on this!  

If you want to manage it yourself, I'd suggest buying close to where you live.

And give more weight to a business owner providing you a suggestion rather than just some broker saying "I can do it".  

We will look back at 4% 10T’s and wonder why we didn’t lock everything.
