Something clicked and made me remember this site and I decided to join.My background: I’ve been in sales most of my working career and abt 3 years ago I started doing mortgages at a major company and loved it.

Last Friday, I closed on an 8 unit apartment complex through an obscure local MLS site that is mostly lake properties.

It has been a 3 year journey  to get where I am today with lots of turns and twists but if one   has a plan and keeps evaluating it adjusting  visiting and making improvements   you get where you want to be  .

I've been reading a lot of articles, watching videos joined different real estate investor sites such as BP.

I haven't bought any homes on Auction.com but am pretty confident in the over all elements within the site.

I just found out that a rental property I own is within 200 feet of a potential new site for a fast food restaurant.
