I have 4 friends worth $100M+, here are the things they have in common.Reading, all read and read a LOT, two of them still read 2+ hours a dayWorth ethic,,,well, I should say being a work-a-holic,,generally they live for work, it is #1 on their livesLuck,,all of them had some good luck with being in the right place at the right time,,of course they also were working 70-80 hours a week for years to take advantage of thatBeing cheap,,,all of them are cheap in someways,,one guy I play golf with has a $1M+ turboprop airplane he flies himself,,but he plays golf with old worn out golf clubs and has golf shoes with holes in them (ok we finally gave him such a bad time about the shoes he bought cheap new ones)Ruthless,,,all of them are ruthless in business, I didn't say unfair, but ruthless,they are good people, but will run over you in businessI can say all 4 have these traits in common, and even though today they have great, more balanced lives, they all gave up a lot to get where they are today,,

No way in hell would I roll that much money for that little profit, I can make $35K on a $70K deal some times, with those big numbers, there was not much room for error. pretty risky if you ask me. and to those calculating percentages, I have yet to see anyone buy dinner or a new pair of shoes with percentages, it takes dollars period.
