I have 3 paragraphs just on Lawn mowing and the penalties there of, 3 paragrraphes on vehicles and the penalties, etc, BBQ's away from house, etc, Pets and disturbance and penalties,  noise, rubbish and penalties, etc,  .....You're new at this.

To be extra clear, you can fill in words to the effect “ this contract may be assigned without the approval of the seller” under the paragraph SPECIAL PROVISIONS.

I have the longest paragraph/item in my contract addendum that states (in caps) that "THIS IS A CRIME FREE/DRUG FREE PROPERTY. " It goes on to state that I won't be waiting for a conviction to evict.
