If we are making the choice to end their lease, and for all intensive purposes they have been a good renter; we will try and give them extremely advanced notice, we will make introductions to other landlords we know in the area who may have vacancies they are looking to fill. 

After closing, present them with an introduction letter, preferably delivered personally.
