There are several people that this is the case for in different areas of the country.My guess is my Lake house is a family vacation destination and more middle age people use VRBO when looking for a Vacation.

Some are willing to stay and sort of meet in the middle of fair market and current rent.The struggle I am havening is the balancing act of raising rent, repairing the building, and the cost of re-leasing.
