Hey Harry, I don't know what the rest of your credit looks like, but there may be way to move some of your existing expenses into your business to clear up some of the debt in your personal name.

@Theresa Harris the contract originally came from my partner's mentor and we have made some adjustments to it over time on an as-needed basis as we've run into various hang ups with certain sellers.
