I doubt I would have had a successful first year otherwise.On average after about 100 phone calls a day to a combination of warm leads, SOI, FSBOs, expired listings, etc should get you about 2 appointments.2 buyer appointments should equate to 1 offer.You should take most of the listing appointments you get.

It always depends on what kind of investing you want to get involved in and assets you have to work with that are liquid or can be made liquid like a 401k transferred into a self-directed IRA for example.

Date report signed 7-28-21, date of inspection 1-21-21, Expiration date of license or certification 10-31-22 (probably the appraisers license)The executor included appraisal on every correspondence for every property, except the childhood home.Is there any legal recourse I have if this appraiser is doing something shady?
