If there were 3 day disclosure rules, you would just have to close 3 days later.But if the fees are a surprise, consider getting an extension and finding a new lender.

But you are a California resident... you will have to file Form 568 in California and pay their LLC fee.Oh, and LLCs are lousy asset protection mechanisms.

I see many town home new builds have this feature but likely because it allows higher density/lower cost of land since many lack yard area but the rooftop allows an outdoor feature.
