@James Park While I do have the time and money for college, I wasn't aware of the opportunity with CCIM you referenced in your post.

I am aware that if you buy a duplex with a long-term rental, you are only able to complete half of a live-in flip, but short-term rentals...

I was not aware nof this when we purchased this fiirst one.Tenants love that they do not have much outside maintneance at all.
