Huge headache and wish I'd have left the floor intact.I would paint the vent to color match the wall tile, then I'd put in a top of the line pedestal sink that has counter space (see Kohler Tresham pedestal sink K-2845-1-0 for example).

Partly, I don't understand the definitions.As I understand it, your "Net cash" means the net profit/ what you actually put in your pocket that year.If that understanding is correct, then the first year would be:Down payment: $1,400,000Profit: $17,608So, return is 1.26%?

I put in an offer at asking price but asking for 4% concession toward closing costs (this one was on the market about 52 days), and they ended up accepting a cash offer instead so I didn’t get it.
