It took me years to learn what all of the posters here have said- don't bend your rules for one individual.

That's why I invest in South Bend.

*Most* of the time these things get hung up on plumbing issues, ie old cast iron lines with tubercles in them, bad bends in the drain line, improper fall, etc.

Here its a county office, but I think that's unusual.

How are things in South Bend?
