Landlord : I’m going to give tenant X a 25$ Walmart gift card to show gratitude and express generosity toward him for paying on time and he will then know how much I appreciate his tenancy this past year .ill feel good and he will feel good .Tenant X:I’m surprised the landlord gave me anything he’s so cheap .

They told me i would need $65k for 2 house 2 house cash flow = $150+$150 = $300$300*12 = $3,600 per year $65,000 / $3,600 = 18 years to make up my investment since they will sell houses every 5 years, i dont think ill get much principal bc most of that will go in intrest Than kris team also mention that i can also work as a sale person to find new investors.

So if a family member got ill, and you are the only person who can take care of them, then that sounds reasonable.Now, if those 2 items make it so you cannot get a 2nd FHA loan then you will need to move back in to the property, have proof that you are occupying it (utility bills or bank statements type of thing) and you normally pledge to live there for 12 months with a conventional loan.
