Be sure to ask a potential lender in the beginning conversation which one they will do for a ball park preapproval.

Hello BP community,I am writing today out of curiosity if anyone has ever looked into / used a VA streamline refinance loan.I have been learning about REI for about a year now and am extremely excited to get the ball rolling.

Obviously, the most accurate way is to contact brokers in that area, but since I am an LP i dont have broker connections and it is mainly used so I can cross check sponsor assumptions in a pitch deck just to asses ball park.Thanks in Advance,Duke

I served noticed to get the ball rolling but was willing to work out a payment plan in court.

If you look at real estate closings in the Gatlinburg, TN area over the last 30 days, there are more than a few getting good answers from their magic 8-ball. 

I also am not interested in low ball offers, as we aren't desperate to sell.Do you have any suggestions of how you might soft roll this out to market? 

Like to check the temperature out there for the multi-families that still have coin-op/card laundry.
