You can sell w/tenants in place but that's at least a 45 day process and nobody is going to be able to get a loan if the lender knows that the line is collapsed.

Although it appears to be in the process of being gentrified with home prices in that area increasing 72% over the last 5 years. 

Not saying you are doing that, but you seems to be processing them in batches.
