Hi Jace, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

When you have a year or two of experience, then you have proven success to go out on your own.My guess is your biggest challenge will be to convince older people that you are an expert and that they should use you as their expert. 

But overall if you're planning to build new and can make the numbers work in year 1, it's almost guaranteed to be a success in the long run.

If you're successful on taking down their account, they just create a new one.
