I don't know Albany, but the deals in Syracuse are drying up - presumably because out-of-towners (no offense - I grew up there, but am now an out-of towner myself) are coming in buying properties at too-high prices.

I am the culprit and have sold many dry lots that I thought where worthless but then to see the property owner out camping on the property the next weekend he bought it from me, that I thought was worthless, guess they call that pride of ownership.
