With the major rainstorm we just had last week the basement for my tenant's unit (which is lived in) ended up under 3 feet of water.

I’ve gotten a few solid bids that won’t change based on final layout, and a few 5-10% budget estimates that could change based on layout etc…@Jason DiClemente, the contractors are breaking out by generic line items at this point, by end of next week I should have floor plans and schematics that will allow me to get detailed SOW and bids.

You can’t squeeze two hours out of your week because you work a full time job ..so does everybody else ...are you serious ?

@Antonio Lulli First off I don't know who that is in your photo on your profile, hair color looks weird, anywho, Antonio and I were just having this conversation last week. 

He’s writing up plans for another job, and he should be done with that within the week or so.

I'm looking for a software/company that will get the email addresses and send auto emails every few weeks/months on my behalf; they would also be writing the content.

EVEN if you can make 50k but you have to wait 2 more weeks and someone gives you an offer thats legit that you'll make 10-20k, take the 10-20k. 

We went on a trip a few weeks ago and I had her listen to episode 276 with Bryce Stewart and when it was over she looked at me and said You have got to do this!!!
