We are still locked at a cheap rate for a few more years, but we're already starting to plan for the refinance in light of the huge shift in rates (which hopefully will be a little cheaper by then!).

I pulled the old shelves, rolled the back and side walls, put in the new shelves and went home.The next day she calls my partner (she really didn't like calling me, he was a comparitive pushover) and said the pantry was still nasty.He said he'd come over that night but postponed it because I was out of town, so we shifted it to the next night.

I think we will see a major shift away from the standard 6% commission we see today, mainly because with all the resources and information available today, people are realizing that selling a house yourself isn't all that complicated.
