I recently bought a short sale house in the Bronx and had it renovated and ready to rent out, until ConEd refused to turn on the heat which had been shut off since last April because the previous owner did not pay the bills.  

By 2008, most of Muncie's automobile manufacturing (GM/Allison Transmission and Borg Warner, in particular) had already either shut down or was on the verge of shutting down.

I was always curious why they shut down like that.

Or, you might buy them a gift certificate for a nice restaurant.

I am looking forward to my next visit to see the new restaurants that have opened downtown.

The only meeting I attend is the weekly Tuesday lunch in Upland at 275 E Foothill Blvd in the Sizzlin Steak House restaurant.

What sets the property apart from the other comps, or puts it in the higher range, is that 1) it is a full remodel and beautiful, 2) there are only 8 full size walk through condos in this 44 unit complex and they rarely come available, 3) these condos are all 2 bedroom but I did structural work and made this on e a 3 bedroom (up to code but not permitted), 4) and the biggest feature is that it is a fantastic and desireable location in that it is in short walking distance to El Paseo (sort of the "Rodeo Drive of this desert area" a couple miles of art galleries, high end stores and restaurants).We would advertise this as FSBO without agents at first so we don't have to pay a commission.

This reminds me of a situation with Chuck who use get food from my Grandmother's restaurant when I was younger.

Sort of like handing your credit card or debit card to a waiter and watching them go back in the back of the restaurant.

Some are trying to get rid of the debt and increase their asset column as the FDIC is monitoring banks - 3 more were shut down today 6-15-2012.
