I ended up having a second gas meter added, and the furnace (which needed replacing) replaced with two units, and then duct work separated accordingly. 

Fortunately for me, the other tenants I evicted in April were replaced with an awesome couple who pay their rent on time!

It will take you a long time to replace an evicted tenant too. 

To top it all off the sellers agreed, in writing, to have a professional look at the electric and circuit breakers and baseboards in every room and fix/replace anything that needed repairs and provide a report stating it was all done and cleared.

My day to day job is as a critical facility engineer for a data center, with my specialty being HVAC and commercial electrical. 

Now I will will also be replacing the kitchen floor.

I haven't asked yet why it bounced but they are replacing the check.

Hi @Gloria WashingtonThe benefit of going solar at the same time as a roof replacement is that the Federal Tax Credit (currently 30%) applies to the roof as well as the solar system.

That, and replacing every light bulb in the place with LEDs.
