Episode # 247 of the Greater Pockets Podcast was really great at breaking the buying, rehab and rental process into sections and then down further into individual steps within these sections.

However, when I'm sitting at around 90-95% occupancy via AirBNB and VRBO, I'm not particularly motivated to use my scant spare time to build the sort of robust website I'd need to easily process online bookings.  

I sell time and convenience, and motivated sellers are motivated for various reasons.

When you dive in to the Real Estate Securities side of things,  you'll find there is not a lot of public information available due to the securities laws and the requirement of securities professionals to learn about their client's financial goals before recommending products.

I am planning on building a ADU in my backyard and I was wondering if I should just hire a general contractor and pay lot extra or do my own project management  by hiring individual contractors/sub-constractors to do the job.Like - Arhictecture and permit person, plumber for all my pluming including addition sewage and water lines , foundation and framing contractor.

I guess this means every unit is individually metered and you are counting only your unit?
