Another great starting point is to attend your local REIA meeting.

I am looking forward to learning and hopefully meeting up with some of my local real estate investors.

I am new here and I am currently looking to meet new people (investors) in my area.

I have found a few local groups and plan to get out and start meeting people within my local REI community.

My brother in law is interested in doing some JVS with us so that is fantastic from a capital point of view.One delimma we are facing is having no credit rating yet (slowly working on it but seems to take ages)Anyway that is a little about myself, look forward to meeting many like minded people and learning a lot, hopefully not the hard way! 

However, I have some basic requirements that each property must meet;  They must Cash-flow a minimum of $100 per unit per month when purchased . 

You're lying to people whose trust you're trying to gain before you even meet them.

I do have a meeting set up with a different bank later this week, as after reading some on here I do not think the first bank I selected is necessarily the best fit for what I intend to do long term.
