Every group has a different appetite, and it can be a challenge to match the right group with your specific type of deal. 

We did a similar $600K+ multi-family project in KY recently with great results.

I believe I had the same result with Bryn Mawr Trust.

They are getting ready to move as a result of it.

Rent increases are location specific but bare minimum you need to match the cost of living increase.

Its your property and you would get to screen and choose tenants that would be a good match. 

However, I just talked to another one who seems to be a good match for the deal.
