As for lead I have never heard of anyone loosing a loan over lead unless a child has elevated lead levels and it’s documented.

Can get around $1200 gross monthly and net would be around $600.I attended the home inspection andas I pulled up, I realize the next door neighbor had about 6 pitbulls (not exaggerating) all loose in the front yard.

Use a warranty deed to avoid loosing your title insurance.Look also at using land trust to avoid the due on sale clause.Last, depending on the value of your properties, you may want to put each property in different LLC as in case of inside liability in one of them you dont want to risk loosing all three of them at the same time.
