I told her out side of me buying it after sheriff sale when it goes back to the bank, ( which is also not going to happen and even if I did she would have to move out then move back in after I bought it... is this true, remember she was on title.almost forgot, they did a BK 8 months ago. knowing this should I tell her she should plan on leaving and when I can see her income docs we can find her a lease option?
