My guess is if you had to evict them, the deposit was used for unpaid rent.For future, if you have the tenant pay the water directly (and it is tied to the house), get a copy of the bill either every month or every couple of months to make sure it is paid up.

The hotel must be within 5 miles of the tenants dwelling unless the tenants agree otherwise.These updates do not come as a shock coming after the CO Landlord Law - For Cause Eviction Policy updated the week prior, but a lot of these updates will certainly impact property managers and self managing landlords that have condition concerns on their properties.

I ask this, because it seems like there are endless ways you can upgrade property, but not everything directly adds value to investment.
