Glad to see this thread turned into the normal tribal us-vs-them, we are right, they are wrong debate, with both sides not ever ceding one inch to the other, all in the name of being "right", which moves us all further from the truth.

Be able to transform the community where I live into a better one by transforming houses that are already forgotten, decaying, etc. into something new (appealing to the eyes, enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood, etc). 

There is already talk of another big stimulus check hitting households and a longer-term extension of enhanced unemployment benefits.
