So, a lot of people probably know this already, but I recently learned that Title Attorneys (I use John Bennett at Origin Titles in Decatur, GA) will often write up your Sales Agreement at no charge if you put in the contract that closing will be done with them.I know you can download forms and write it up yourself, but why?

So ... if they're saying they'll sign a quit claim deed, is it also correct to assume that you don't have a title company doing the title work for you then issuing title insurance?

I only used gmail, docusign.. send my offer with the contract accepted send to title company re listed it on craigslist and send a friend on foot overthere where the peoperty was located to place a sign for me. 2 weeks later the first offer I got was just $3000 spread, I took it.
