Hundreds of investors have been in your situation such as myself hold the typical 9-5 job that does not help you achieve your investment goals.

There has to be a way to get started without having hundreds of thousands of dollars in your pocket.

Not all realtors just the bad ones, they know who they are :)  Don't forget we roll around in hundred dollar bills while eating the popcorn!
