There are a ton of renters who no longer can buy condos and a lot of condos in Atlanta.Atlanta condos are hot one day, then cold the next because another development pops up.Just guessing it's not the best time to be converting.

Environmental issues can be expensive so if they don't want them I probably don't either.I can find a sale transaction and take control of a property and pass it on using less than money for a tax lien.Heck, I can get an option on a note, get the loan refinanced, buy the note in a double closing arrangement and get a return on my investment that circles the moon easier than buying a tax lien, waiting and hoping, but that's me.It may be a hot aspect in some other places, it's another way to make money but it never got my engines revving.I'll go listen now, always up for anything new. :)

I will clarify that I've never read anything on Lonnie Deals but "reading between the lines" about Lonnie deals on BP forums and elsewhere; the reason for the death of them has to do with "qualifying" the individual for the carry back mortgage on the MH.Bill Olsen (I think) did a great post about Dodd-Frank regs in the Mobile Home Park category if you do a quick look - should be on one of the first 2 pages as it has been a hot topic.I have heard, but not yet meet or introduced, myself to people that are selling MHs in our local market with good results.

conventional" wisdom says max out your 401k contribution to lower your tax burden. 2013 was a good year for my 401k balance as the stock market was red hot (i have a 90% stock ratio because i'm still young), so I saw good returns on my investment.
