At the end of the year they (IRA custodian) will issue form 1099-R reporting distribution as taxable income to you, which you would have to enter on your tax return and pay tax on.

For a moment when we got the notice we decided to quit paying rent and save what we could to move out because at the point of the notice our landlord just disappeared no where to return our calls so the trust has been broken.

@Chris Ellis Im currently exploring the Business LOC option ... but this is a new company with no real history, so no tax returns to say how much I've made. working on some creative ways around that, but no dice yet.Thank You Gentlemen

@Wayne BrooksAnd they returned on 10/7 and winterized the house...If they would just mow the property, I would complain nearly as much.
