Regardless of the business you get into, I would be more concerned with ensuring that your company can be automated in 5-10 years, not sold.Edit: I hope this comes off as light-hearted and fun, not mean and sarcastic.

I've only dealt with vehicles but I've had profitable fun 'wholesaling' a couple ex-highway patrol cars.And NC also auctions off property seized in drug-related crimes.

So far I'm on track but then its only the 3rd....it will be kind of fun to go back later and see how much of this stuff we have all accomplished.

Haven't looked into 1031 yet- but a friend mentioned this as a possible idea.Conclusion: Don't want to give away the farm on stuff we'd rather keep, but we NEED to continue growing because...this game is too much fun to quit!

My guess is W2 Rich ...Builders are out of luck as we have too many houses produced during the bubble so we need to chew up 3 years worth of building.So in the end buy cheap housing close to land value (Like 35K and Rent for 950 as listed in a previous post)Good Investing
