The fortune is in the follow-up, so master that and you'll be the king!

Fortune favors the bold right? 

Maybe I’ve been fortunate but I haven’t noticed much physical, emotional, or financial demand from that rental.

I nearly signed a contract with one company but fortunately I asked around and it was highly recommended not to do business with them. 

February 2017 the property suffered a major fire, fortunately everyone was uninjured.we received an insurance pay out of $158,000 of which we put 130,000 back into the property, as well as our personal living expenses. once the property was repaired we moved back into it, and after a year we put it on the market, where it sold in 3 months start too finish.

I was fortunate enough to meet @Chris Hopper in person at a local meet up in Cypress a few months back, and he is a pretty good resource. 

I'm looking to invest in real estate and am fortunate enough to have a fairly good job with a pretty good income.

Fortunately, for me he is only asking a 3% interest on the loan not payable for three years.

I'm fortunate to have a very mechanical background with decades of housing experience so I can generally diagnose a situation pretty well before we spend money.

Fortunately (if there can be anything fortunate in this situation), he was a resident/owner in the community who had quite the night out and misjudged the location of his condo.
