It was wired to Franklin Escrow from the closing company, but now Franklin wants us to fill out a W9 before they will release our money.What am I missing?

I try to fill a missing gap on every project. 

Usually with private lenders you fill out a form with all the requisite details and are pre-qualified that way.

That way, when you fill out the Personal Financial Statement that goes along with every mortgage or loan application you do, you aren't lying by not listing it and it no longer counts against your personal debt ratio.  

Don't stop until you figure out how to do it.Transactional funding fills the gap during the few hours time you own a property in a double closing so that someone assumes financial responsibility.Start by getting a home under contract for a good price.

Is this deal completely filled?

The forms are usually simple and you can fill them in yourself. 

Also there is no guarantee that all units will be filled at the same time.

They always tell us how grateful they are that our place is like a home, filled with things to look at, read, watch, do, and play with.

This tenant is not a good fit for this style, he has bristled against the personal rent pickup from the beginning (even though I informed them of my policy prior to them filling out an application) and generally passive-aggressively opposed my policies (walk through checklist for one) from day one.
