Again, I know millions of things I don't tell the seller.That said, if this is true, it's something that all investors/agents should understand, as we all like to minimize risk.Can you provide any examples where an agent/investor was successful prosecuted/sued for not disclosing value information of the property they were purchasing (again, not lying, just not disclosing)?

Spoke to a lawyer told me to press charges for criminal trespassing and theft via destruction of private property and to file a peace order. file it went back with the police got them out and police told me to "secure the property" board it up until the court date. 2 days later I get a call from the people who broke in saying that they want to get their stuff called the police and they were allowed to get their stuff court date came next Monday . basically told the judge what happened and that was that . took a total of 7 days had them out the house and had it secured on day went to court day 7 and that was that.

Didn't know how to fill out so seller had to call and wait for return call from park.3/6 forms filled out by Quest and sent to park by email.3/6 seller told park waiting on criminal background check results and that it sometimes takes 10 days.3/7 seller was told park was waiting on corporate underwriting.3/10 buyer was told park is waiting on seller.3/11 seller notified by email that park needs SSN and photo ID of Quest corporate officer to finish processing the app that was sent in on 3/6 (should have been requested up front, not 5 days later).3/11 seller sent email to park asking the following questions: (no response received to date) 1) Has the exterior inspection been done or has it been held up because you didn't have the Quest corporate officer's ID and SSN?
