I had to replace the water heater (which cost more than I thought it would) - both cost more because it's a very old house with limited options for ducting the exhaust from both.

What's the paint brand/color you used on the wall?

This is how they make their money, but often you can find that they will help you with colors and selection if you buy a kitchen from them, this is what I do for my customers.

We finally replaced the roof, flashing, gutters etc on another older home & sold it 3 years later, the buyers then completely re-roofed it for different colored tile, gutters etc ???

My preference is quartz because it requires less maintenance and has a wider option of colors.

You need a bunch more art and color on those walls.Are you only on AirBNB?

But there are a lot of tax pros who view that reversed.If I walked into a salon and they were watching a youtube video on how to do the hair color I requested while telling me they could do it and charging me...I'd be pretty upset. 

Staging idea: add some color on the dock for pics.

It doesn't have to be in color but it needs to be attractive.
