If you don’t plan on refinancing in the future, then the LLC won’t be an issue with getting a loan.The added protection is really the only value you get out of this.

Carl, being an active licensed agent requires you belong to the local board and shell out the $500+ and MLS fees.You’re only other option is to go into referral with minimal fees, but you would not be an actively licensed agent.
