I tracked down PIG and they seem very promising and I have begun looking at the surrounding areas to see what I can find as far as groups.

If you’re spending all of your time managing your organizing paperwork, sorting through crazy amounts of bills and making sure you’re writing checks from the correct account, balancing dozens of checkbooks, life won’t be very fun.Then again, neither is getting your *** sued.

I've begun reading books, listening to podcasts and webinars (which easily influenced me to be a pro member), etc.

@Tony LeeIt’s funny because some companies have begun reversing this notion, as so I am reading.

I will likely just go the SF route with a mother-in-law suite or something.Taking a short break to get my real estate license though so hoping to pick back up on the search in a few weeks.Have you begun looking yet?

Thanks for the response @Steve Hiltabiddle.The "Hard money lenders" I'm referring to usually call themselves "private lenders", although to me a private lender is someone you have/create a relationship with rather than a large organized business that lends money for real estate.One of the lenders I've used in the past is called Capital Funding Financial.
