Move your money to M1 or IBKR brokerage and take a loan from there, they can allow you to have a loan of 25% of the margin position with a low-interest rate.Also I would rather take a loan of 401k to funding acquisition, rather than sitting in 401k in the bear market,loan payable in 5 years.

Every one of those I've gone to, there are way too many people there, the prices are crazy high, often more than retail value, and here in Texas they provide quit claim only, which is a bit of a bear to resolve...more time and money.

I would also (wherever possible) open up the wall between the kitchen and living room, even if it is a bearing wall and you can only put in a pass-through....In years of doing both flip and high-end remodels, I found out (and everyone knows this) that the kitchen is the #1 room in the house.
