Anyone have issues with 3rd-party channel management or smart pricing software not syncing properly to booking sites?

What software is good for collecting rents and it’s features?

Does anyone know of a platform or software that would be compatible?

Hi @Esmeralda Lopez - I don't have any experience with that software in particular, but my general advice is to be wary of those types of tools.  

I test software for a living for a firm operating out of downtown Chicago and I came to join bigger pockets after stumbling upon the bigger pockets real estate podcast on Spotify.I am looking forward to learning from everyone here and to growing with fellow newbies and I will do my best to stay engaged as I know that there is a huge wealth of knowledge and resources in these ranks.

Online booking service I would categorize as software or web subscriptions. 

We are investigating options for a short term rental software platform.

@Daniel Mendez I would start with a basic CRM that automates your procedures.

I use Cozy.co, a free property management software.
